The Federation is a non-governmental organisation striving at supporting the development of sport and health prophylaxis, and at promoting the Shaolin Kempo Chan Shaolin Si, Dju Su Kung Fu, Ju Jutsu, Allkampf Taijutsu, Karate, Vo-Quyen and others Far East martial arts and sports.

The Federation combines it is activities physical practice with spiritual development, which is so important in every human life. An endless range of techniques gives an opportunity to comprehensively develop skills in martial arts. We use various methods of defence against the attacks with hands, legs, knife, baton, and other dangerous objects. In real fight we practice striking, kicking, leveraging, throwing, joint locks, and ground fighting.
Training with guest instructors and masters from other clubs and organisations are nice additional elements of our meetings.
The Federation associates the centres, clubs, and sections, which conducts their statutory activities in many cities in Poland and abroad. Since many years the masters and instructors have conducted constant sport and recreation activities for the members of the Federation, teaching them, in professional way, Asian martial arts and sports. They organise training sessions, contests, exams, and summer camps. Professional qualifications of the persons involved in the training process are provided mainly due to their long-term work with youth, children, and adults,as well as the numerous trainings, courses, and camps they have accomplished. An individual approach of is not only the principle of work with the participants of our trainings – it is also the part of our instructors' personalities. Since 2007, the International Budo Federation of Martial Arts and Sports has been the member of the international federation of martial arts and sports 'International Budo Do Federation (IBDF)'. Master Zbigniew Jez (9 Dan) is the President of the IBDF-Poland and the IBDF-Morocco.
